■ 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간

원칙적으로, 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만, 다음의 정보에 대해서는 아래의 사유로 명시한 기간 동안 보존합니다.

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

As a general rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose for which it was collected and used has been fulfilled. However, the following information may be retained for the periods specified below for the stated reasons.

A. Retention Under TLOS Internal Policies

Even after a member withdraws from the Services, TLOS may retain the member's information for oo years from the date the service agreement is terminated in order to prevent repeated fraudulent activity by abusive users, resolve disputes, and cooperate with requests from law enforcement authorities.

B. Retention Required by Applicable Laws

Where retention is required by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, TLOS will retain personal information for the following statutory periods.

■ 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법

티엘오에스는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

회원님이 회원가입 등을 위해 입력하신 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨지며(종이의 경우 별도의 서류함), 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따른 정보보호 사유(「개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간」 참조)에 따라 일정 기간 보관된 후 파기됩니다.

별도의 DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고는 보유 목적 외의 다른 용도로 이용되지 않습니다.

o 파기방법

전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 복구하거나 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

As a general rule, TLOS destroys personal information without delay once the purpose for which it was collected and used has been fulfilled. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

Destruction Procedure

Information provided by members during registration or other activities is transferred to a separate database (or, in the case of paper records, to a separate document storage system) after the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. It is retained for the period required under TLOS's internal policies or applicable laws (see "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information") and is then securely destroyed.

Personal information transferred to a separate database shall not be used for any purpose other than those required by law during the retention period.

Method of Destruction

Personal information stored in electronic form is permanently deleted using technical methods that make recovery or restoration impossible.

Rights of Users and Their Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

  • Users may, at any time, view or correct their registered personal information and may also request termination of their membership.
  • To review or modify personal information, users may access the "Edit Personal Information" (or "Edit Member Information") section of the website. To terminate membership and withdraw consent, users may select "Withdraw Membership", complete the identity verification process, and submit the request directly.
  • Alternatively, users may contact the Personal Information Protection Officer by mail, telephone, or email, and TLOS will take the necessary action without delay.
  • If a user requests correction of inaccurate personal information, TLOS will neither use nor disclose the relevant personal information until the correction has been completed.
